Screen Time Wellness Coaching
There is no shame in the screen time game, but there may be a better way!
Parenting in the digital age, with televisions, phones, tablets, and watches all around us, is something that is a relatively recent and unique challenge. Add on social limitations and isolation from a worldwide pandemic, and now we are traveling down an untraveled road without our GPS (digital pun intended!). Since our children don't wake up in the morning and automatically make decisions that benefit their development, we, as parents, need a map, or at the very least, a compass to make it through this journey. Enter the idea of screen time wellness. Research is constantly emerging on screen time and its impact on our littlest learners' development. Since 90% of brain development happens by age 5, it's never too early to think about a screen-time plan, and there are some little changes that can make a huge impact on your family.
